Hi High Tea Family,
Long time between cuppa’s! It’s been a long cold Winter, but hopefully Springs just around the corner.
We’ve met some new faces over the last couple of months and caught up with some familiar ones. Your continued support of our little family business is as astonishing ever. We truly cannot believe it, and are so appreciative of your ongoing support.
With Spring around the corner the High Tea Garden looks truly beautiful with all the spring flowers and bulbs shooting through, which is a delight to any patrons coming for their High Teas at the moment and a lovely break from the cold and dreary winter.
With it being a long weekend next weekend we will be closed from the 29th of September until the 5th of October. Melbourne Cup weekend we are also closed from Friday the 3rd of November and will reopen Thursday the 9th of November.
Spots are filling up fast between now and Christmas, so book soon if you wish to hold your end of year get together or event at High Tea at High Gate to ensure you aren’t left disappointed.
We will be closed for Christmas and New Years from Friday the 22nd of December until Thursday the 1st of February.

Can't believe we're half way through the year again - how quick has it gone?! Thank you to all our VIP customers that keep coming back and also to our new customers joining our High Tea family.
May was a very busy month for High Tea, especially Mothers Day. As this year was so busy we've decided next year there will be three sessions on Mothers Day as we had to turn back so many and we hate to disappoint. Photos from this years Mother's Day below.
Lots to come in the next few weeks, on Thursday the 29th of June High Tea at High Gate are hosting a Australia's Biggest Morning Tea to help raise funds for the Cancer Council, details to follow.
Throughout July there will be six sessions dedicated to a very special and important fundraiser, Tea for Teisha, for a young girl who is battling Brain Cancer, an additional $10.00 will be added to the price of High Tea for these sessions which will go directly to Teisha and her family, more to come on that shortly!
Keep warm everyone, hope to see you soon!
On the 29th of June, High Tea at High Gate will be hosting a morning Tea fundraiser for Australia's Cancer Council, on this day normal high tea sessions will not run, instead only a single morning session running from 11am until 1pm. The morning tea will be a spread of the normal yummy savoury bites and sweet deserts however, proceeds from this day will go to the Cancer Council. Throughout the morning we will have a raffle, you can buy tickets for this on the day. If anyone has anything to donate to the raffles it would be greatly appreciated. A donation box for the Cancer council will be out throughout the month for donations, any donations are greatly appreciated and will be passed on directly to Cancer Council. Seats for the morning tea are limited so please book in early to avoid missing out on contributing to this great cause.
Hope to see you there,
